Where are your products made?
All of our products are curated, blended and hand-poured in the UK.
Are your home fragrances vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. We will never test on animals. Our candles and wax melts are made from non toxic natural Rapeseed, Soy & Coconut wax.
Our fragrance blends are expertly developed with sustainable perfume oils and 100% natural essential oils.
Our diffusers and room sprays are also vegan and ‘3P’ free.
Can I refill my vessel?
Absolutely! Our luxury glass vessels and paper pots are made from part recycled glass and recycled cardboard.
They are designed to be refilled, fully recycled or repurposed with passion.
How do I recycle my vessel?
Remove the labels from your vessel and place them in your plastic recycling bin.
Place your de-labelled candle vessel in the glass recycling bin.
Place your de-labelled wax melt vessel and packaging in the paper/ cardboard recycling bin.
Where do you ship to?
We currently offer worldwide shipping.
How long will my product take to be dispatched?
We offer express and next day delivery. The cut off time for next day delivery is 12 noon Mon - Thu, and 11am Friday for Saturday delivery. Standard delivery is currently 2-3 working days.
All packages are dispatched fully tracked and signed for. Please see our shipping chart for International order fees and shipping times.
What size are the Luxury Candles?
Our 1 wick Standard candle is - 75mm x 85mm Net wax content - 190g Gross candle weight -
Our 2 wick Large candle is - 95mm x 105mm Net wax content - 350g Gross candle weight -
Our 4 wick Large candle is - 130mm x 80mm Net wax content - 400g Gross candle weight -

What size are the Luxury Wax Melts?
Our small Wax melt pot is 65mm x 75mm Net wax content 50g
Our medium Wax melt pot is 75mm x 75mm Net wax content 100g

Are your candles and wax melts natural?
Our Signature collection of candles and wax melts are made with non toxic, petroleum free, natural rapeseed, soy & coconut wax.
The Signature collection is perfectly fragranced with our custom blend of non toxic Phthalate free perfume oils and 100% natural essential oils.
Our Essentials collection of candles and wax melts are made from 100% natural essential oils and botanical extracts.
What type of wax do you use?
We use a natural Rapeseed, Soy & `Coconut wax blend.
Why don't you use Paraffin wax?
Paraffin is a known toxin derived from petroleum. A crude oil that releases toxic volatile organic compounds into the air upon burning.

How do I find out safety and allergen information for each product?
On each product page, there is a link to CLP and safety information. This information is also included with your order.
What is '3P free'?
The 3P's are Petroleum, Phthalates and Parabens. Doma blends are always ‘3P’ free. Please see our ‘Candle Education’ section for more information on ‘3P’.
How long will my Luxury Candle/ Wax melts burn for?
If you follow our 'Candle care/ Wax Melt care guides’ your candle/ wax melts should burn for the recommended burn time as stated on each product page.
